We do our best to make sure all items ship to arrive within 3 weeks. If an item turns out to be on back order, we will let you ASAP. Please use the availability dates on the item page as a guide. Some items offer the option of White Glove Delivery. If you choose this selection, your order will be brought inside your home and placed in the room of your choice. All packaging materials will be removed. Please note, we cannot offer this service for 3 floor walk-ups or above. The price on all Magnussen products automatically includes White Glove Delivery, unless specified otherwise. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of this product. Emeco products are made to order, and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. We will let you know within 1 business day how soon your order will ship. Stratford and Stratolounger will be delivered with curbside deilvery, unless you choose the option for White Glove delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. All other items are UPS, FedEx, or curbside delivery. Delivery Appointments made with our shipping partners must be kept. If you are unable to keep your appointment to receive delivery, you must contact the shipping company 24hrs in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $75 charge.
Please note your credit card will be billed as soon as your order ships. (Customers using PayPal will be charged as soon as the order is placed.) No additional shipping charges will be added to orders shipped within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped into New York State.
All items are warranted against manufacturer defect. We only use manufacturers who stand behind their product. Every product comes packed with an instructions sheet that includes an 800 number direct to the manufacturer. Please use these numbers first. If you are unable to get satisfaction contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to replace any defective parts or, if needed, a complete replacement will be sent.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item, at your expense, within 30 days. In order to receive your refund the product must be returned complete, in the original carton .
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.To ensure that you are properly credited, please contact us so we may issue a Return Authorization number (RA#). We do not accept returns without an RA number. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.
Please note, if you receive something damaged that is delivered by a trucking company other than UPS or FedEx, you must indicate this on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may jeopardize any refund, or replacement.
